Sherrie Nickol Is The Photographer Of Relationships

Sherrie Nickol could be called «the photographer of relationships». Her shots depict familiar scenes in both domestic and public settings, but always with a close eye on behavioural dynamics. Specifically, it is body language that is investigated. Her research will be presented in a single photo book on August 15th, published by Hirmer Publishers. The title is simply Sherrie Nickol and will be divided into five sections, all aimed at exploring the different facets of life. From childhood to old age, through adolescence and adulthood. Love, play, suffering, carefreeness, all emotions that together constitute an interconnected narrative that oscillates between colour shots and the use of black and white.
